At The DreadLady Loc Loft, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, and deny services to any client at any time. DUE TO CDC GUIDELINES ON SAFETY PROTOCOLS DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE PERMITTED IN THE SALON. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND SPOUSES. THEY MAY WAIT IN THE LOBBY AREA UNTIL YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETE.

Appointment Cancellation Policy - There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. To cancel, you must do so through your StyleSeat client profile. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your original service booked.

“No Call/No Show”- Non-cancellations/“no shows” will be charged 100% of their original service, resulting in your inability to schedule future appointments.

Late Guests Policy - We have a 10 minute grace period in place for clients in the event you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, you'll be charged a late cancellation fee (50% of your originally booked service), and you'll need to reschedule for a future date. If  time permits and we're still able to accommodate you, there will be a $25 late fee added to your service. Two consecutive appointments in which you're more than 10 minutes late will result in  you be unable to schedule future appointments. Please be aware that in the event you are late, we cannot guarantee that the service you booked will be performed that day or in full.

Child Safety Policy - We write this notice with the utmost respect to the parents/guardians in the salon. For the safety of your child, children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service.

General Policies - A credit or debit card is required on your profile at all times. Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment for services rendered. DECLINED CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL RESULT IN NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES RENDERED.

For the safety and accommodation of clients and staff in the salon, no outside guests permitted.

 

Service selected is service rendered. A one time re-do is available on selected styles within 24 hours. These policies are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.
